An example board — every card is built from your own records, on your box. No guessing, just the facts.

One board, the whole job

Everything diabetes asks of you — in order

Foot care

Daily check, photo timeline, pressure relief & insert tracking. The two-minute habit that saves toes.

Glucose & numbers

Upload Dexcom or Libre, and Bee finds the patterns — questions for your care team, never dosing advice.

Medications

Your full list, today’s doses, refill watch. Scan a bottle to add it — big names, no tiny print.

Care team & visits

Save your doctors and let Bee build visit prep — recent changes, questions, what to bring.

Journal

Log a meal, a walk, a sore spot in one sentence. Bee spots patterns — without judgment.

Paperwork & bills

Snap a bill or collection notice and Bee organizes it, drafts a packet, tracks the deadline. Not legal advice.

Eye care

Exam reminders and vision notes, so the eye check you forget gets remembered.

Emergency info

The one screen a first responder needs — condition, meds, who to call — on your lock screen.

Ask Bee

A Bee that actually knows diabetes

Talk or type. Bee summarizes your day, spots patterns, prepares your visits, drafts your paperwork — and routes everything to the right place with a receipt you can see. It organizes and explains; it never plays doctor.

“I had a cheeseburger and my numbers climbed” → saved & flagged
“Prepare my podiatry visit” → notes, questions, documents
“Make sense of this letter” → organized, packet drafted

Feet come first

The two-minute habit that saves toes

So much of diabetic foot trouble isn’t glucose — it’s repeated pressure on a risky spot. LocalDiabetic makes the daily check effortless, keeps a photo timeline, tracks your pads, inserts & toe fillers, and quietly holds what matters for your podiatrist.

Daily check & timeline

Guided photos, today vs. yesterday, watch zones caught early.

Pressure relief

Log wear tests, map pressure zones, track pads & inserts that protect.

Inserts & toe fillers

Version history, reorder, and fittings — prevention you can hold.

Why I built this · 60 seconds, in my own words · also on YouTube
Why I built this

I didn’t build LocalDiabetic to start another tech company. I built it because I’m living this.

I’m a Type 1 diabetic. I’ve lost toes. I’ve dealt with infections. And I learned diabetes isn’t just about your blood sugar — it’s about everything between appointments. The meals, the walks, the medications, the foot checks. The little things that become big problems if you miss them.

There wasn’t one simple place that helped me manage my day while keeping my data private. So I started building it — a calm LifeBoard, and a Bee that works for me, not for an advertising company.

Small daily wins can prevent tomorrow’s emergencies.

If it helps save one foot, one hospitalization — or helps one person catch a problem a little earlier — then every late night building it has been worth it.
